Ingredients

Instructions
1. Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, yeast, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
3. Incorporate Mix-Ins: Fold in shredded vegan cheese and diced jalapeños.
4. First Rise: Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours (overnight).
5. Shape the Dough: After rising, turn the dough onto a floured surface. Gently shape it into a round loaf. Let rest for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the Oven: While the dough rests, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven or heavy pot with a lid inside to heat.
7. Bake the Bread: Carefully transfer the dough into the hot Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Finish Baking: Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
