Instructions

Make the Pancakes:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add milk and melted butter.

3. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour small amounts of batter (about ¼ cup per pancake) and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Let them cool.

Assemble the Rollups:
