Ingredients
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp hot sauce (such as Louisiana or Tabasco)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
