Ingredients
•200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
•2 tbsp heavy cream
•1 tbsp unsalted butter
•2 tbsp finely chopped dates
•1/2 tsp ground cardamom
•1/4 tsp saffron threads (steeped in warm water)
•1/2 tsp rose water
•1 tbsp crushed pistachios (for garnish)
•1 tbsp edible gold leaf (optional)
Instructions
1.Melt the dark chocolate with warm cream and butter.
2.Stir in dates, cardamom, saffron water, and rose water.
3.Pour into a mold and sprinkle with pistachios and gold leaf.
4.Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
5.Cut into pieces and serve.
