Ingredients
•4 cups crumbled cornbread
•2 cups shredded cooked chicken
•1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
•1 small onion, diced
•2 celery stalks, diced
•3 cups chicken broth
•2 large eggs, beaten
•1 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp black pepper
•1/2 tsp dried sage
•1/2 tsp dried thyme
•1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2.Sauté onion and celery in melted butter until soft.
3.In a large bowl, mix cornbread, chicken, vegetables, and seasonings.
