Ingredients

•4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
•1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
•1/4 cup red onion, sliced
•1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•1/4 cup pickles, sliced
•1/2 avocado, diced (optional)
For the Special Sauce:
•1/4 cup mayonnaise
•1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
•1 tsp mustard
•1/2 tsp pickle juice
•1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions

3.Cook beef in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4.Prepare the burger bowl by arranging lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and avocado in two bowls.
5.Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
6.Divide cooked beef between the bowls.
7.Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with the special sauce.
